Q. How does the site work?
You can browse the site (ghorebazar.com) or use our search engine to find your desired products. Then you can cart your desired product(s) for submitting your order through your mobile number to get 4 digit PIN code. After submtting your delivery location & time and payment mode, our Customer Care Officer will contact you over phone to confirm your order and other information which you provided to us.
Q. What are your delivery hours?
We deliver your order on or before 90 minutes from the confirmation time of your order. Delivery service open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. everyday. You can choose from available slots to find something that is convenient to you.
Q. How do I pay?
We accept cash on delivery and we also have card payment and Online bkash service.
Q. I can’t find the product I am looking for. What do I do?
We are always ready to hear for a new suggestions and will add an unavailable item to our inventory just for you. There is a 'Product Request' feature or Customer Care Contact number (+8809611848484 or +8801999848484) to inform us your requirement.

Our prices are our own but we try our best to offer them to you at or below market prices. Our prices are the same as the local market and we are working hard to get them even lower! If you feel that any product is priced unfairly, please let us know.

We use our own logistics to deliver. Our main motto is to reach the products to your location perfectly.
Q. Why should we buy from you when I have a store nearby?
We know it is your decission but our prices are sometimes lower than other e-commerce and superstores in Dhaka city. We also carry a larger variety than the other regular e-commerce & super stores. So, we strongly hope that you will buy from us.
Q. What is your policy on refunds?
Ghore Bazar (ghorebazar.com) always here to providing best services to the customers. For any unforeseen situation, if we are not able to accomplish product(s) delivery or to provide our services, we will be informing you within 12 hours over phone or SMS. For any of our lacking, if there needed any refund, we will do it within next 7 days after as following.
Calls for refunding will be processed under the following circumstances;
Unable to deliver any products or if any product(s) returned by customer against paid invoice

Q. What about quality?
We are committed to ensure the quality on all supplied items. Ghore Bazar (ghorebazar.com) is not selling any self manufacturing products, despite the fact that we are looking into the quality. We never challenge for quality guaranty for any products at our own responsibility. We have trust to the manufacturer/traders/ vendor that they always assure the quality on their entire manufacturing/ supplied product.
Q. What is your discount policy?
On some special occassions, we offer special discount code or promo code which has effect on the MRP or 'naturally priced' product. An already discounted product will have no effect when a promo is applied. Let us be clear with an example. Say, maximum retail price (MRP) of product X is tk100 and product Y is tk200 and our website showing you the the same price. When we give you a promo offering 5% discount, then you may purchase the first item with tk 95 and the second item with tk190 at 5% discount. But if the second item (tk200) is given a special price tk160
200 before giving you a promo code, this means already 20% discount is given on this item. So if you apply promo, then only first item (tk100) will get 5% discount and the other item will not, as it is already a discounted item. A 'discount on discount' is not a reality in a business.
